Grosse Pointe North Varsity Softball team defeated Fraser 13-3 in six innings. North was led by Senior pitcher Rebecca Alway, allowing just 3 hits and striking out six. Alway also led the hitting attack going, 2 for 3, with a home run, scoring 2 runs and 4 rbi's. Also contributing to the scoring, Junior Rachel Liagre, 3 for 4, 2 rbi's, Junior Evelyn Zacharias, 2 for 2, scoring 3 runs and 1 rbi, Junior Kayla Kettler, 2 rbi's, Sophmaore Brenna Marsin, 2 rbi's, and Junior Mekele Pace, 1 rbi and 1 run scored.
Junior Jackie Masch was 2 for3 with a double and scored a run for Fraser.
